چکیده:

Surface Plasmon Resonance has been established as a powerful method to monitor real-time and label-freebiomolecular interactions in liquids. Due to a number of important traits, such as its sensitivity, label-free and realtimedetection capabilities, SPR-based biosensing has opened up several applications such as medical diagnostics anddetecting toxins, bacteria and viruses. In this study we evaluated the potential of a recombinant antigen (OmpW- abacterial outer-membrane protein) in detection of Vibrio cholerae (the causative agent of Cholera) by Surface PlasmonResonance biosensor.
